Monday, Jan. 20: Depart US for overnight flight to Dublin. Or fly from other countries today or Jan. 21.
Tuesday, Jan. 21: Meet our driver and coach at Dublin Airport if you are on the group flight with Devon and Lexi or on a flight landing at a similar time. Otherwise, land at the airport and proceed to our hotel via taxi or bus. The group will do a panoramic tour of Dublin and a visit to Glasnevin Museum and Cemetery to see the grave of Michael Collins and the Daniel O’Connell Tower, Guinness Storehouse with a tour of the exhibits, topped off with a pint at the Gravity Bar overlooking Dublin. Arrive at Jury’s Christchurch Hotel with free time for shopping, sightseeing, dinner and pub sessions.
Tradfest is January 22-26
Wednesday January 22: We’ll have walking tours of the area for those who wish to join us. We get you to nearby Christchurch Cathedral, Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Old Jameson Distillery and more. Otherwise the day is free to explore, shop and visit amazing pubs, museums and more. During our group dinner we will have a private VIP show with a traditional Dublin entertainer then we will be off to The Button Factory to hear AOIFE SCOTT AND RON BLOCK’S ALBUM LAUNCH CONCERT. (B,D)
Thursday January 23: Take a coach tour to Wicklow, the ”Garden of Ireland” to visit Avoca Weavers, Powerscourt, Wicklow Distillery, plus Glendalough, a monastic settlement that was the home of St. Kevin, with lovely walks to the two lakes. Return to Dublin for exploring or rest time, dinner at your leisure then off to the lovely City Hall to hear SÉAMUS BEGLEY & OISÍN MAC DIARMAIDA WITH SAMANTHA HARVEY / BRONA MCVITTIE. (B)
Friday January 24: Join our day tour to Kildare’s St. Brigid’s Cathedral and Newbridge Silverware with its Museum of Style. Then onward to Kilkenny and a tour of imposing Kilkenny Castle and time to shop and explore this lovely city. Free time in Dublin to explore or take in Tradfest Fringe Concerts. Dinner at your leisure and tonight’s concert will be the gorgeous LISA LAME at the Pepper Canister Church. (B)
Saturday January 25: After a hearty Irish breakfast, you are free to explore or shop in Dublin for the morning. At noon we will ride out to Rathfarnham Castle to hear a concert by the young guitar virtuoso SHANE HENNESSY. Back to Dublin for dinner at your leisure and the Trad Gala Concert at Dublin Castle to hear CHERISH THE LADIES/SHANDRUM CEILI BAND/LAU. (B)
Sunday January 26: Day tour to Belfast, Nashville’s Sister City to tour the lively pub district, see the Peace Wall and the Murals in the Protestant and Catholic neighborhoods and learn about The Troubles. Then we visit the Titanic Experience at the shipyard where she was built. Return to Dublin for our Farewell Dinner at Gogarty’s Pub. (B,D)
Monday, January 27: Depart for home or enjoy your extra days. (B)

Payment and Cancellation Policy: First come, first served, $300 per person deposit due to reserve your space. $100 deposit per person to reserve your space for group air. All payments except a $100 fee are refundable through Aug. 15, 2019, after which they are non-refundable. Final balance due has been extended from Oct. 15, 2019 to Nov. 14, 2019. For guests registering after Nov. 14, full payment is due at registration and is non-refundable.
